Pro Step Landscaping is growing, and we're looking for a motivated 1st‐Year Landscaping Apprentice who's ready to kickstart their career in a high‐standards, fast‐moving environment. You'll work alongside experienced operators on premium residential landscaping projects across NSW, learning the foundations of structural landscaping from day one.

About the Role
n
As a 1st‐Year Apprentice, you'll be trained and supported across all core areas of landscaping, including:
n

- Assisting with construction of retaining walls, paving, turfing and garden builds
n
- Learning safe and confident use of hand tools, power tools and small machinery
n
- Supporting site preparation, clean‐ups, material handling and daily setup/pack‐down
n
- Working within Pro Step's quality, safety and communication standards
n
- Developing foundational landscaping skills with clear progression pathways
n
n
This role is hands‐on,
outdoors and suited to someone who wants to learn the trade properly, from experienced operators who take pride in their work.

What We're Looking For

- Currently seeking or enrolled in a 1st‐Year Landscaping Apprenticeship
n
- Strong work ethic, reliability and willingness to learn
n
- Ability to follow instructions and work within a structured workflow
n
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
n
- Positive attitude and pride in workmanship
n
- White Card required
n
- Driver's licence preferred
n
n
No prior landscaping experience is required — just commitment, consistency and the right attitude.
