Full Time Cleaning Supervisor > 38 hrs/w (6:00am - 2:00pm) - Melton, VIC

We are currently providing our services at new venueand are seeking hardworking, reliable and friendly team members with robust communication and supervisory skills to join our team at Melton Entertainment Park (2 Ferris Rd, Melton VIC 3337).

The position

- Full Time Supervisor
- Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:06pm (38 hours per week)

As a member our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within each residential home , ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and other workers .

Requirements

You will need to provide proof of the below compliance documentation as part of the recruitment process :

- A valid Police Check
- Working with Children Check - Employee
- Full time working rights
- Experience as Supervisor

As the Supervisoryou will be responsible for coordinating the work of Grade 1 Cleaners on site,



being the first point of contact with our client and ensuring a high-quality service is delivered for them. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- General cleaning duties, including offices and common areas.
- Supervision of onsite cleaning team members.
- Participation in briefings.
- Operation of cleaning machinery (e.g. vacuums, steam cleaners, scrubbers, etc.)
- Responsibility for maintaining cleaning standars on site.
- Managing and resolving client feedback and reporting outcomes to the client.
- Working closely with the onsite team and Cirka management.
- Cleaning
- Managing people
- Site inspections
- Staff training
- Indidents reports
- Performance reviews
