The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, skilled Carpenter & Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This role is varied, with no two days the same — you might be building a deck one day, repairing a roof the next, or doing detailed property maintenance work for long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform all aspects of Carpentry work including framing, decking, doors, windows, flooring
- General building maintenance and repairs including plastering, painting, roofing, tiling etc
- Work independently and as part of a team on multiple job sites
- Ensure all work meets our quality and safety standards

Skills & Experience





- Qualified Carpentry experience for carpentry/building maintenance
- Ideally 3+ years (Post Apprenticeship) experience
- Current driver’s licence – Manual (company vehicle provided)
- Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills including attention to detail
- Commitment to workplace safety and workmanship
- White Card required. Other relevant tickets will be advantageous (EWP etc)
