Goldie + Ace | Port Melbourne | Full Time or Part Time (4 Days)

Goldie + Ace is looking for a commercially minded, growth-focused Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing strategy.

This role is about increasing our reach, brand awareness and exposure, attracting new customers and stockists, and building stronger engagement with the people who already know and love the brand.

This is both a strategic and hands-on executional role working across both ecommerce Retail and Wholesale, recognising that the Australia and International markets require different approaches, channels and opportunities.

Based at our Port Melbourne head office, you’ll own the marketing plan and performance, working closely with our Sales and Brand teams to bring activity to life.

What you’ll own

- Develop and execute the global marketing strategy across Australia and International.
- Bring fresh, innovative and out-of-the-box ideas to how we market our products and brand, identifying new ways to create cut-through, reach recent audiences, build loyalty and generate conversation.
- Drive audience growth, brand awareness, reach and customer acquisition across Retail and Wholesale.
- CRM management across email and SMS, including database growth, segmentation, retention and loyalty.
- Lead performance marketing including paid media strategy, budgets, optimisation and performance.
- Plan marketing activity around collection launches, campaigns, promotions, events and key trading moments.
- Lead social strategy, PR, influencer, creator and seeding initiatives to grow brand exposure and sales.
- Maximise leverage opportunities around partnerships, licences, collaborations, events and activations.
- Manage marketing budgets, KPIs and reporting, using performance insights to continually refine the marketing mix and grow reach and sales.





About you

- You’re a commercial and innovative growth-minded marketer who can think strategically while still being comfortable getting into the detail and making things happen.
- 4+ years experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within a consumer, retail or ecommerce brand
- Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo would be advantageous
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills (you’re equal parts charming and commercial)
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of performance marketing metrics and measures
- A roll-up-your-sleeves, lead-from-the-front kind of approach
