What You Need

- Registration: Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience:



Recent nursing experience within a Mental Health setting.
- Clinical Skills: Robust proficiency in mental health assessments, risk management, and de-escalation techniques.
- Specialties Desired: Background in Acute Inpatient, Community Mental Health, Crisis Intervention, Alcohol & Other Drugs (AOD), or Triage.
- Attributes: Adaptable, autonomous, and comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams.
- References: 2 recent clinical referees (including at least one line manager).
