RedBridge Group is expanding our Australian migration services team and is currently hiring for two full-time positionsacross our Sydney and Melbourne offices:

1. Migration Sales Consultant

2. Migration Operations Specialist

We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who are interested in building their careers in the Australian migration and professional services industry.

- Migration Sales ConsultantKey Responsibilities

- Communicate with prospective clients regarding migration and visa services
- Follow up with enquiries and potential clients
- Understand client needs and introduce relevant services
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Support sales conversion and business development
- Work closely with migration and operations teams

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales, customer service or consulting experience preferred
- Confident communicating with clients
- Results-driven and comfortable working in a sales environment
- Migration industry experience is an advantage, but not essential

Remuneration

- Base salary + commission
- Median monthly earnings for new sales employees are approximately A$4,500, including commission
- Performance-based earning potential

2. Migration Operations SpecialistKey Responsibilities





- Support migration and visa-related case coordination
- Follow up on client documents and case progress
- Maintain accurate client records and internal systems
- Communicate with clients regarding documentation and updates
- Coordinate between clients, sales consultants and migration professionals
- Track deadlines and outstanding tasks
- Support day-to-day operational processes

What We’re Looking For

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Valuable client communication skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Administration, operations or customer service experience preferred
- Migration industry experience is preferred, but not essential

Requirements for Both Positions
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese is required
- Good English communication skills
- Full-time position
- Applicants must hold either a valid 485 visa or Australian Permanent Residency (PR) with full-time working rights
- Positions available in Sydney and Melbourne
- On-site office-based roles
- Professional training provided
