Job Description

Accor, in collaboration with Maybe Group, is seeking a hands-on Restaurant & Bar Floor Manager for Bar Allora in Sydney. You will lead front-of-house service on the floor, elevate guest experiences, and influence the future of Bar Allora, while guiding a agile team through peak service periods.

Spend 80% on the floor, mentoring staff and delivering seamless service, with 20% on admin tasks, stock management, and reporting. Opportunity to grow into senior hospitality leadership.
