Electrical Supervisor & Service Coordinator

TB Electrical is growing and we're looking for a qualified electrician who's ready to step into a leadership role without leaving the trade behind.

This is a rare opportunity to become the operational heartbeat of a close-knit, high-performing electrical business on the Central Coast. Most days you'll be running the schedule, talking to clients and keeping the team on track. When something technical or high-value comes up on site, you'll be the one we call on, but the coordination side is where this role lives.

n

As our Electrical Supervisor & Service Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for both our team and our clients. You'll take real pressure off the director and make sure the business runs the way it should.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

n

Service Coordination & Scheduling

n

n
- Own the day-to-day schedule, allocating labour and managing jobs from booking through to completion
n
- Stay across everything happening in the field at all times
n
- Coordinate materials, equipment and logistics so jobs run without a hitch
n
- Be the go-to person for the team when issues arise on the ground
n

n

Client Communication

n

n
- Serve as the first point of contact for client enquiries, job updates and any escalations
n
- Build and maintain robust relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
n
- Represent TB Electrical professionally at all times
n

n

Quoting & Follow-Up

n

n
- Prepare quotes for service and maintenance work, with support from the director
n




- Proactively follow up on outstanding quotes to maximise conversion
n
- Spot opportunities to expand work with existing clients, flagging switchboard upgrades, safety switch issues or ageing equipment during service visits
n
- Help grow TB Electrical's Level 2 and facility maintenance work by raising it with clients where relevant
n

Team Leadership & Safety

n

n
- Supervise electricians and apprentices day-to-day, with a focus on performance, accountability and development
n
- Run toolbox talks and keep the team sharp on safety
n
- Manage WHS compliance, licences, certifications and equipment
n

n

Business Development

n

n
- Help expand TB Electrical's Level 2 ASP and facility maintenance work by spotting opportunities with existing clients and following up on leads
n
- Build relationships with strata managers, builders and facility managers that bring in repeat and referral work
n
- Feed back market and client insights to the director to help shape where the business focuses next
n

On the Tools

n

- You'll be at your desk most days, but when something technical or high-value comes up on site, you'll jump in, whether that's a complex job, a short-handed day, or a situation that needs your eye
n

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

n

n




- Qualified electrician (trade certificate essential)
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a leading hand, supervisory, or coordination capacity within the electrical or construction industry
n
- Strong communicator who is comfortable with clients, tradespeople and everything in between
n
- Highly organised with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
n
- Commercially aware with a solid understanding of quoting, follow-up and what drives a business
n
- Solid experience in service and maintenance work
n
- Familiarity with job management systems such as ServiceM8, simPRO or similar is preferred but not essential
n
