- Ensure the practitioner is fully supported in the delivery of quality clinical care

- Ensure patients and clients receive the best possible service

- To ensure the running of an productive and effective practice together with the practitioner and other staff
n
- Scheduling appointments
n
- Patient quoting, invoicing and receipting
n
- Manage telephone and email enquiries
n
- Edit reports through speech recognition program
