Job Description

Rosetta Store & Bakery in Hobart is seeking an experienced baker or a 3rd/4th year apprentice to manage all aspects of daily production. The role includes dough handling, pastry preparation, pies, quiches, cakes and slices, and working with cream and custard.

Rosters cover seven days with early starts at 4:00 AM. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years baking experience (or be in training), excellent attention to detail, and valuable communication and numeracy skills to follow written and verbal
