MSS Security is seeking a senior security operations leader to drive end-to-end service delivery across a diverse NSW client portfolio. You will ensure contractual service levels, foster robust client relationships and guide a capable management team toward safe, compliant and profitable operations.
You will lead workforce planning, rostering, and cost control while pursuing growth opportunities and contributing to bids and tenders.
