We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to join the team at Blooms The Chemist Kenmore .

This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in a large, busy pharmacy and retail environment , where your people leadership, commercial focus and pharmacy experience will make a real impact.

About the Role

As Retail Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the day-to-day success of the store. You’ll lead and develop a team, deliver an exceptional customer experience and work closely with the broader pharmacy team to achieve strong commercial results.

We’re looking for someone who is confident managing a large team and understands that great people performance drives great business performance.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous retail management experience, ideally within pharmacy or a similar environment
- Pharmacy experience is essential
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- A natural ability to motivate,



coach and develop team members
- Strong commercial awareness and a focus on achieving results
- Experience working with KPIs, targets and performance measures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive, organised and hands-on approach
- Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high-volume retail workplace
