We are a BUSY, PUMPING business and we’re looking for an organised, energetic and switched-on Scheduler / Service Coordinator to join our team!

This is not a role where every day goes exactly to plan.
Technicians are on the road. Customers call. Urgent jobs pop up. Jobs run over. Things change.
Your job is to keep the wheels turning!
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You’ll be at the heart of our service operation, helping coordinate our technicians and making sure our customers are looked after.
Your role will include:
- Scheduling and coordinating technicians' daily runs
- Booking and confirming customer appointments
- Answering incoming calls and customer enquiries
- Managing schedule changes throughout the day
- Grouping jobs efficiently by location and technician
- Communicating with technicians throughout the day
- Following up customers and outstanding jobs
- Reviewing job information and ensuring technicians have what they need
- Keeping customers updated when plans change
- Working closely with our retail and service teams
- Helping keep the entire service department organised
YOU NEED TO LOVE ORGANISATION!
We need someone who can look at a packed schedule and think:
“Right – how do I make this work?”
You’ll need to be able to prioritise,
problem-solve and make decisions without becoming overwhelmed when five things happen at once.
Sometimes you'll have the perfect day planned...

Pool industry experience isn't essential – we can teach you pools.
We're looking for someone who is:

- Great at communicating with customers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multitask and prioritise

- Confident making decisions
- Computer confident and quick to learn current systems
- Able to stay calm when plans suddenly change
- Proactive – you look for what needs doing next
- Someone who takes ownership and follows things through
