This is a FULL TIME coaching role for someone who sees personal training as a serious profession.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Build your career in a studio where your development is structured and supported.
You will:
- Deliver approximately30-35 hours of 1:1 personal training per week
- Coach primarily 40+ aged clients committed to long term lifestyle change
- Conduct small group sessions and studio events
- Provide accountability, programming and ongoing progression
- Be paid to develop your coaching, communication and leadership skills
- Progress through a clear career pathway toward senior, management or ownership
You won’t be left to "figure it out."

To Be Successful, You Will Need
- Certificate IV in Fitness
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Working With Children Check
- A professional attitude and strong work ethic
- A genuine interest in nutrition and long-term client results
Personal training experience is preferred but not essential.
What matters most is your standards, consistency and long term ambition.
