Truck Driver Permanent Role $40 hr + O/T

Operating for over 32 years, Pool Pro is an Australian family-owned manufacturer and wholesale supplier of pool and spa products.

We are seeking a Permanent Full-Time HR / HC / MRTruck Driver for immediate start at our Milperra NSW based wholesale warehouse.

n

This position will also require flexibility to work as a Store Person when required. A HR and/or MR truck license is essential, with an annual salary paid to reflect your experience and licenses.

n

We are looking for a motivated, fit, energetic and experienced Driver to deliver to our established customer base in and around Sydney suburbs.

n

You will be part of a team in a great working workplace and reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the key duties & responsibilities are:

n

- Delivering stock to shops.
n
- Loading & unloading stock and understanding safe work practices.
n
- Completing stock packing requirements within assigned time frames.
n
- Assisting with production where required.
n
- Completing and maintaining paperwork.
n
- Loading and unloading trucks.
n
- Restocking stock picking areas if required.
n
- Maintaining the cleanliness of truck.
n




- General warehouse duties as directed.
n
- Transporting stock.
n
- Experience in multi-drop distribution is desired.
n
- Picking and packing stock for dispatch if required.
n

To be successful for this role, you MUST possess the following:

n

n
- Minimum of 2+ years truck driving experience to be considered for this position.
n
- A team player with a positive can-do attitude.
n
- Abide by all OH&S; rules.
n
- A current and valid Forklift License for at least 6 months preferred, but not essential.
n
- Basic computer skills.
n
- Ability to work well unsupervised.
n
- Ability to take direction from others.
n
- Be physically fit – manual handling & occasional heavy lifting.
n
- Must be able to live and work in Australia.
n
- Good knowledge of Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast areas.
n
- Hardworking, reliable and punctual.
n
- We do drug and alcohol testing.
n
- The role involves working as part of a team, so communication skills are essential. You will need to be a safety-focused worker, have a great set of work ethics and be a reliable team member. You will need your own transport and 2 contactable referees.
