About the Role

n

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Representative to join our QLD sales team.

n

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth, develop strong customer partnerships, and increasemarket share across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and selected regional areas of Queensland.

n

Working with major buying groups and independent carpet and flooring retailers, you will manage and grow an established customer base while actively identifying new business opportunities within your territory.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven salesperson who enjoys being in the market, building relationships,



winning recent business and delivering results.

n

Your key responsibilities will include:

n

- Growing sales, market share and profitability across your territory
n
- Developing strong, long-term relationships with existing customers
n
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities
n
- Successfully launching and selling new product ranges
n
- Providing product knowledge, training and support to retail partners
n
- Developing a strong understanding of your territory, competitors and market opportunities
n
- Representing Dunlop Flooring professionally and positively in the market
n

n

About You

n

We are looking for a driven, resilient and commercially focused sales professional who enjoys taking ownership of their territory and delivering results.

n

Ideally, you will have demonstrated sales or business development experience within flooring, building products, construction, interiors, textiles, consumer goods or a related industry.

n

You will also bring:

n

- A proven track record of achieving sales growth and developing new business
n
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities
n
- The ability to build productive, long-term partnerships with customers and key stakeholders
n




- Experience successfully introducing and selling new products or ranges
n
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
n
- High levels of energy, resilience and self-motivation
n
- A disciplined approach to territory and account management
n
- A genuine desire to succeed and be part of a high-performing team
n

Highly Desirable

n

You will stand out if you have:

- Experience within the carpet, flooring, textile, interiors or building materials industries
n
- Experience working with independent retailers, retail chains or buying groups
n
- Sales and product training experience
n
- Established relationships within the QLD flooring or building products market
n
- A positive, energetic and proactive can-do attitude
