An opportunity has just become available to join the growing team at Australia's largest Ineos Grenadier dealership, Ignition Car Centre.

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled light automotive technician who would take a special interest in working with the latest in 4WD technology, aftermarket modifications, diagnostics, servicing and repair of the most capable 4WD on today's market.

The successful candidate will receive an industry leading remuneration package to reflect their advanced skills and experience. You will be working amongst a highly-skilled team of technicians at our purpose-built aftersales facility on the northside of Brisbane.

The Role:

n

n
- Vehicle inspections, servicing and general repairs
n




- Carry out preparation of new vehicles for delivery
n
- Use methodical procedures to accurately diagnose vehicle faults
n
- Carry out research and development on new to market accessories and modifications from industry leading partners
n
- Carry out installation of aftermarket accessories and vehicle modifications
n
- Custom build vehicles to customers specification
n
- Reporting all necessary work, service or repairs to Workshop Manager and recording information on repair orders
n
- Vehicle Road Testing
n
- Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy working environment at all times
n
- Other general workshop duties where required
n

Requirements:

n

n
- Light automotive trade certificate, equivalent or higher qualification required
n
- Strong work ethic
n
- High attention to detail
n
- Understanding and ability to adhere to workplace health and safety regulations
n
- 4WD industry experience favored however not required
n
