Pacific Security Group (PSG) is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our Brisbane team on a permanent, part time basis. This role is ideal for a technically capable professional who can independently service electronic security systems, resolve minor faults, identify upgrade opportunities, and provide clear customer and service reporting.

Key responsibilities
n
Conduct annual services for alarms, CCTV, access control and intercom systems
n
Diagnose and repair minor issues identified during scheduled services
n
Communicate professionally with customers and provide accurate service reports
n
Use the SimPro online app to update reports and upload site photos
n
Think creatively when troubleshooting and recommend appropriate upgrade solutions
n
Scope potential upgrades accurately so the sales team can prepare quotes
n
Assist with scoping medium to larger jobs alongside a salesperson when required
n
Assist with any urgent installation works if required to assist the existing installation team
n
About you
n
Current Queensland Class 2 Installer License
n
White Card & Cablers License
n
Strong communication and reporting skills
n
Ability to work independently and manage scheduled service work professionally and to Australian Standards
n
Experience using online service or job-management applications, namely SimPro
n
EWP experience or certification (desirable)
n
Experience with a range of established and current electronic security platforms including Bosch 3000, 6000, 880, 440, 16+ and 64 systems; NX and Reliance; Paradox; DSC; SL150 and SL200; Ness; AJAX; Dahua; Hikvision AX Pro; Inception; Integriti; and Tecom alarm systems

Experience with Dahua, Uniview, Hikvision and NX Witness CCTV systems
n
Experience with Integriti, Inception, Bosch 6000, Dahua, Hikvision, Aiphone, HID and Rosslare access control and intercom systems
