Sydney Inline Plumbing is looking for an experienced Senior Plumber / Team Leader with 8+ years of hands-on plumbing experience to become a key part of our growing team.

We're looking for someone who can lead from the front - diagnose difficult jobs, quote confidently, convert work, support other technicians and help maintain a high standard across the team.
THE ROLE
You'll be trusted to:
- Lead and support technicians in the field
- Diagnose complex maintenance issues
- Attend, quote and convert residential plumbing opportunities
- Present customers with clear repair, replacement and upgrade options
- Help technicians with fault finding and difficult jobs
- Follow up larger quotes and opportunities
- Identify genuine additional work onsite
- Complete plumbing work when required
- Work closely with our Directors and office team
- Help drive workmanship, customer service and team standards
WE WANT SOMEONE WHO HAS:
- 8+ years plumbing experience
- Cert IV / NSW Plumbing Licence
- Robust residential maintenance experience
- Previous leadership or senior technician experience
- Proven quoting and sales ability
- Confidence converting opportunities into approved work
- Excellent fault-finding skills
- Strong customer communication
- High standards and takes ownership of their work
- Australian Driver's Licence, White Card & Australian work rights
Roofing, gutters, drainage, CCTV, blocked drains and pipe relining experience will put you ahead.
