About the Automotive Body Repair (Panel Beating) School-Based Apprenticeship:
- Initially School-Based Apprenticeship, with the intention to go Full Time afterwards - working towards a Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology
- Determine the nature and extent of damage sustained to a vehicle
- Learn finishing techniques including filling and sanding of panel surfaces
- Work using latest techniques for repairing metal, fibreglass and plastic bodyworks of vehicles
The ideal Automotive Body Repair (Panel Beating) School-Based Apprentice:
- Passionate about a career in automotive body repair
- Committed to an apprenticeship, including studies atTAFE
- Punctual,
reliable and professionally presented at all times
- Working towards a valid drivers licence
- Previous experience is beneficial but not essential
- Comprehensive on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced technicians
- Ongoing support throughout your apprenticeship from yourWPC Group Mentor
