About the Role

As our Retail Business Manager for the Brisbane South & Gold Coast region, you’ll manage a well‑established portfolio of retail flooring customers, building strong relationships and driving growth in the territory. This is a field and home‑based role with regular regional travel to engage with customers, identify new opportunities and become a trusted advisor.

You’ll be a proactive consultant using data‑driven insights to help retailers succeed. Your focus will be on strategic account management, business development, and delivering a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve and exceed sales targets across the territory
- Build trust‑based relationships with retail partners
- Develop and execute territory‑specific business plans
- Provide training and support to help retailers grow
- Share market insights and competitor intelligence

About You

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales/account management
- Retail, commercial, or flooring industry experience (desirable)
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Strategic thinker with strong planning and organisational ability
- Comfortable working autonomously and on the road
