We are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team in Bondi Junction .

The role is acasual position ,working Wednesday and Thursday with shifts between the hours of8:00am-6:00pm .

Role Overview:

As aMedical Receptionist , you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
- Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
- A strong background in customer service or reception.
