The NSW Police Force (NSWPF) is one of the largest police forces in the western world, with more than 20,000 employees, including more than 4,000 administrative employees who support the sworn officers that provide a range of law and order services 24 hours a day, seven days a week to the socially, geographically and culturally diverse community of NSW.

About the role

We have an opportunity for a Technology Operations Centre Manager to be part of our Data Centre Operations, Technology & Communication Services Command. The Technology Operations Centre (TOC) Managers’ primary role is to plan, organise, and manage a team of 24/7 operators to ensure stability and availability of all NSW Police Force critical technology services. The role offers the opportunity to influence executive decision-making, drive operational transformation, shape monitoring and service assurance capabilities, and work across a diverse range of technologies, vendors and stakeholders.

You will play a key leadership role in improving service reliability and ensuring critical systems remain available to support operational policing outcomes throughout the State.

This position is ideal for a technology operations leader who enjoys solving complex challenges, leading high-performing teams, and making a meaningful contribution to services that have a real impact on the community.
