ProQuest Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced MR Truck Driver to join a leading national supplier of plumbing and bathroom products based in Jandakot.

About the Role The successful candidate will primarily work as an MR Truck Driver, completing approximately 20-25 multi-drop deliveries per day to residential and commercial locations. You will be responsible for:
- Completing multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently
- Delivering goods to residential and commercial sites
- Ensuring goods are transported safely and on time
- Using a smartphone to monitor your run and record deliveries, including photos
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Completing manual handling as required
- Following all company safety procedures and protocols
- Reporting any delivery, site, or safety issues to your supervisor
- Working autonomously while also contributing to the wider team
Variety Within the Role This is a dual-role position, and the successful candidate must be comfortable with a varied workload.
When truck deliveries are not required, you may be required to:
- Complete deliveries in a Ford Transit van
- Assist with warehouse duties
- Provide additional support when required
- Step into different duties when another driver is unavailable
The role can change quickly depending on operational requirements, so flexibility and the ability to adapt are essential. About You To be successful, you will need:
- Current and valid MR driver's licence
- Minimum 1 year of MR driving experience
- Experience driving synchro/manual vehicles
- Clean and safe driving record
- Monday to Friday, 6:00am-3:00pm
- Must be Physically Fit as their is lots of lifting and bending
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Comfortable using a smartphone for delivery and run management
- Availability for an immediate start
Forklift licence/ticket is advantageous but not essential.
Important
You must be comfortable working across truck driving, van deliveries, and warehouse duties, depending on the needs of the business on any given day.
