We are looking for candidates to support and assist our participants to create a fulfilling and meaningful life as a part of their community and in their home.
Successful candidates with equivalent to or holding Certificate III in Individual Support and Disability & Mental Health responsibilities include:
1. Assist with maintaining and establishing links to the community
2. Promoting independent decision making
3. Work within the principles of person-centered approach
4. Interface with other services working in the health sector
5. Domestic activities, including assisting with personal hygene
6. Transport participants to and from activities
7. Encouraging health and wellbeing and active lifestyles
