We’re hiring experienced Civil Site Engineers and Civil Project Engineers to join growing project teams delivering civil infrastructure, subdivision, roadworks, earthworks, drainage and urban development projects across the North Coast of NSW and the southern end of the Gold Coast.

There are multiple opportunities for motivated engineers who enjoy being hands-on, working closely with site crews, subcontractors and project managers, and helping deliver quality civil projects in one of Australia’s fastest-growing coastal regions.

The Opportunities

Our clients are seeking capable engineers to support the planning, coordination and delivery of civil construction works from pre-start through to completion. Roles are available across both site engineering and project engineering levels, with responsibilities matched to your experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate day-to-day site engineering activities across civil construction projects. · Support project programming, staging, methodology and delivery planning.

· Monitor subcontractor performance, site progress, quality, safety and environmental requirements.

· Assist with procurement, claims, variations, RFIs, reporting and project documentation.

· Review drawings, specifications and scopes of work to ensure construction compliance.

· Liaise with clients, consultants, supervisors, subcontractors and internal project teams.





· Contribute to a strong safety culture and ensure works are delivered to required standards.

About You

· Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline. · Experience in civil construction, infrastructure, subdivision, roadworks, bulk earthworks, drainage, utilities or urban development.

· Robust communication, planning and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and construction documentation.

· Current driver licence and Construction White Card.

· Australian working rights.

· Experience with project controls, QA systems, MS Project, Excel, 12d, Civil 3D or similar tools will be highly regarded.
