You’ll work with children and adolescents aged approximately 2–18 years, supporting a predominantly NDIS-funded caseload across areas including Autism, ADHD, developmental differences, sensory processing, emotional regulation, executive functioning, fine and gross motor skills, self-care, school participation and independence.

The caseload is predominantly children with Level 1 and Level 2 Autism, with some more complex presentations depending on your experience and clinical interests.

- Structured Appointments: Clinic sessions are generally structured as 45 minutes with the client plus 15 minutes for notes and documentation, giving you dedicated time to complete your clinical work properly.
- Manageable Daily Expectations: Community appointments can be scheduled together, allowing time later in the day to complete associated notes and administration.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Psychologists, with many children accessing more than one service within the clinic.

- Regular Team Discussions: The wider clinical team meets monthly, including opportunities to bring challenging or interesting cases to the group for different perspectives and ideas.

About You: You’ll be an AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with children and families and wants to be part of a team where collaboration happens naturally. Paediatric or NDIS experience will be highly regarded, but just as important will be your approach.
