The Opportunity

Join a dynamic team supporting marine operations across Australia. We're seeking a proactive and organised Operations Coordinator -Dampier to manage end-to-end crewing activities for our vessels and projects. Working closely with Vessel Masters, Superintendents and operational stakeholders, you will ensure crews are mobilised, compliant and ready to support safe and successful operations across Australia.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment, can adapt to changing priorities and takes pride in finding solutions to complex operational challenges.

Please note: this role is office-based in Dampier, Western Australia and follows a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster supporting marine operations. As this is not a FIFO position, we are seeking candidates who are locally based in Dampier/Karratha or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, mobilisation and scheduling activities for marine personnel.
- Manage crew logistics, including travel, accommodation, inductions, D&A; testing and client onboarding requirements.
- Ensure crew qualifications, certifications and training records remain compliant and up to date.
- Build strong working relationships with Vessel Masters, Superintendents, crew members and operational stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate crewing records, workforce data and training compliance within HRIS and business systems.
- Support payroll administration and employee lifecycle processes.
- Coordinate PPE requirements, sea service statements and workforce administration activities.
- Provide after-hours support and team coverage when required.

What You’ll Bring

- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within the maritime industry.
- Experience in personnel logistics including travel management and accommodation bookings within a mining, oil & gas, resources, marine or related industries is essential.
- Extensive knowledge of marine certifications and operations is (highly desirable).
- Proven problem-solving ability and time management skills are essential.




- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in data entry, Excel, and SharePoint (desirable).
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
