Body Technician – Fix Auto Brisbane

n Reports to: Workshop Manager

Fix Auto Brisbane is part of a professional collision repair network delivering high-quality repair work, every time. We are looking for an experienced Body Technician who knows their trade and takes pride in precision work.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Review repair orders and plan repair methods
n
- Repair and replace panels, structural components, frames and underbody parts to OEM standards
n
- Straighten frames using pulling/anchoring equipment
n
- Fill, grind, sand and finish repaired surfaces
n
- Perform welding and plastic repair where required
n
- Work closely with the paint department for efficient workflow
n
- Fit and refit interior trims and components as needed
n
- Conduct quality checks and test drives
n
- Complete paperwork accurately and follow workshop safety standards
n

What You'll Bring

- Automotive body repair trade qualification (required)

- 2+ years of body repair / collision shop experience

- Strong technical knowledge in structural and cosmetic repair

- Ability to work independently and keep to job timelines
