Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth and execute business development strategies

- Manage and develop a team of approximately 15–20 employees

- Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships

- Monitor branch performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
n
- Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior management
n
- Ensure high standards of operational efficiency, safety, and customer service
n

Skills & Experience Essential

n

n
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, operations, branch management, or warehouse management within the food, FMCG, wholesale, or distribution industry
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience leading teams of 10 or more employees
n
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets
n




- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and KPIs
n
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
n
- Ability to independently manage branch operations
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Current Australian driver's licence
n
- Japanese and English bilingual skills
n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Business-level Japanese language skills
n
- Experience within Japanese businesses
n
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills
n
- Experience reporting to senior executives
n
- Knowledge of the Brisbane foodservice, hospitality, or wholesale market
n
- Available for 5 days a week onsite
