- Remuneration: Professional Level 6 $108K- $115K (based on experience) + 17% super+ annual leave loading

Position Summary
n
The Centre Administrative Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Centre for Social Impact (CSI), ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality administrative, financial and operational services. Working closely with the Centre Manager and leadership team, the role coordinates a broad range of administrative functions, including finance, procurement, events, onboarding, records management and stakeholder support, contributing to the effective operation of the Centre.

Reporting to the Centre Manager, the Centre Administrative Officer provides high-level administrative support, maintains key business systems and processes, and acts as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The role supports business improvement initiatives, manages Centre information systems, coordinates meetings and events, and ensures compliance with University policies, procedures and workplace health and safety requirements, helping to foster a collaborative and well-organised working environment.

- A relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience.
n
- Advanced time management, organizational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet deadlines.
n
- Well-developed interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Demonstrated experience providing effective customer service and support to clients at all levels.
n
- Highly proficient computer literacy with excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications.
n
- Ability to make sound judgements and work both independently and as part of a team.
n
- Demonstrated experience supporting and contributing to projects and initiatives.
n
