Looking for your next move in retail project management with genuine global exposure ?

We’re seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Project Manager to lead the rollout of our retail concepts across Australia, Canada, and the USA . This role will see you take ownership of end-to-end delivery across recent store openings, refurbishments, and store-in-store concepts - ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to brand standard .

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to bring our store experience to life across multiple markets.

What you’ll be doing

- Lead end-to-end delivery of retail projects across Australian and international markets
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, budgets, and priorities
- Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and external suppliers to ensure smooth execution
- Act as a key point of contact across Australia, Canada, and the USA
- Ensure all project outcomes align with brand, operational, and customer experience standards
- Identify risks, solve problems quickly, and keep projects moving forward




- Drive cost control and efficiencies without compromising quality

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience in retail project management, store development, or retail rollouts
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail — you understand that retail is detail
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills across different regions
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working autonomously
- Experience working across international markets is highly desirable
- Work on high-impact retail projects across global markets
- Genuine ownership of end-to-end project delivery
- Exposure to both Australian and international retail operations
