Job Description
In this role you will:
n
n
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop a comprehensive understanding of participant needs.
n
- Create evidence-based, personalised Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans tailored to individual goals and circumstances.
n
- Support participants with complex needs through a Positive Behaviour Support approach
n
- Collaborate with families and support networks to achieve positive outcomes
n
- Work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team that values clinical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
n
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
- Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient or Advanced)
n
- Demonstrated experience delivering behaviour support and producing high-quality behaviour support plans and reports
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a complex, varied caseload independently
n
- Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle
n
n
