Job Description

Uniting Vic. Tas seeks a Placement Support Worker to collaborate with children, young people, families, carers and stakeholders to ensure outcomes in case plans are achieved. The role includes ongoing training and supervision for caregivers and supporting environments within caregiving households.

The program delivers high quality case management for vulnerable children aged 0-18 years, placed with volunteer caregivers through emergency, respite, short-term or long-term placements.
