Job Description

The Salvation Army in Newcastle‐Maitland region is seeking a Business Development Partner (Employment Services) to build employer partnerships and advocate for inclusive hiring. You'll travel across Hunter and Lower Hunter regions, meeting employers and tailoring recruitment solutions.

In this role you will engage with disability employment barriers, work with Employment Consultants, and help jobseekers secure sustainable outcomes.
