At Transport for NSW, we're transforming the way people move across the state through innovative technology solutions and customer-focused services. We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Technical Delivery Support Officer to join our Delivery Support Office and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of technology initiatives across the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with project administration, PMO, coordination or delivery support experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to high-profile technology programs.

The Opportunity

As a Technical Delivery Support Officer, you will provide day-to-day operational, administrative and coordination support to technology delivery teams. You'll help ensure projects run smoothly by maintaining delivery processes, coordinating activities, supporting governance requirements and managing key documentation and records.

Working closely with project teams, stakeholders and leaders across the business, you'll be at the centre of delivery activities, helping teams stay organised, compliant and focused on successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative and operational support to technology delivery teams.
- Coordinate delivery management processes, meetings and team activities.
- Prepare,



track and maintain project documentation, reports, briefs and records.
- Support governance, compliance and quality assurance activities.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support effective communication and information flow.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records management practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and more effective ways of working.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Experienced in project coordination, PMO support, team administration or delivery support environments.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
- A confident communicator who can build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Proficient in maintaining documentation, reports and records management systems.
- Passionate about delivering quality outcomes and improving processes.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in administration, technology, project coordination or delivery support.
