Who Are We Looking For?

You'll ideally have:

Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager or Retail Leader
n
Experience in big-box or high-volume retail
n
A strong commercial mindset and passion for achieving results
n
The ability to lead, coach and motivate a team
n
Excellent customer service and communication
n
A hands‐on approach and the confidence to take ownership
n
The energy and enthusiasm to thrive in a brand-new store environment
