State of Victoria, through the Aboriginal Initiatives Unit, is seeking a Senior Evidence and Insights Adviser to lead evaluation, research and policy work for Dhelk Dja: Safe Our Way and related Aboriginal family violence reforms.

You will design and oversee evaluations, translate findings into actionable policy advice, engage with communities and government partners, and ensure culturally protected, Aboriginal-led approaches under data sovereignty and ethical practice.
