About Us: We are a luxury wedding, events and accommodation venue. We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and versatile Grounds Person & Allrounder to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and care for outdoor areas including lawns, gardens, and pathways
n
- Perform general grounds maintenance such as mowing, weeding, tidying and pruning
n
- Ensure all outdoor spaces are clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing
n
- Assist with basic carpentry, plumbing, and maintenance tasks as required
n
- Operate gardening tools and machinery safely and efficiently
n
- Assist with event setups, equipment moves, and general labour tasks
n
- Monitor and report any issues or repairs needed in office
n




- Collaborate with the Estates Manager to ensure efficient completion of all tasks
n

Skills & Experience:

n

n
- Proven experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance roles
n
- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers)
n
- General handyman skills for basic maintenance tasks
n
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work
n
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour
n
- Excellent communication and team-working skills
n
- A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
n
- A valid driver's license and own vehicle required.
