About the Client
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Process Worker to join our client’s batching area within a well-established food manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for on‑call, day‑to‑day position , with shifts offered based on production requirements.
About the Role
You will be working in the batching area, ensuring ingredients are prepared, measured, and handled safely and efficiently.
Shift & Pay
AM Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM — $37.26/hr + Super
PM Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM — $41.73/hr + Super
Employment: On‑call / day‑to‑day basis
Key Responsibilities
- Measuring, preparing and batching ingredients
- Lifting and handling bags of ingredients, including 25kg bags
- Following food safety, hygiene and GMP procedures
- Working safely in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment
- Supporting production and maintaining a clean work area
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or batching (preferred)
- Experience with sanitization and GMP in a food production environment
- Experience working around high-speed production lines
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Available for immediate start
- Forklift license is highly regarded
