Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a Kitchenhand to prepare and assemble ingredients, manage special dietary requirements and ensure food safety compliance. You will label and dispatch orders, monitor stock levels and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
Responsibilities include maintaining hygiene, monitoring temperature controls, and reporting issues to the Production Manager. Prior experience in commercial catering for aged care settings is preferred and a Food Handlers Certificate is required.
