Beacon Legal have partnered with a large global automotive business in their search for an Interim Paralegal / Legal Support professional. This is an immediate daily-rate opportunity supporting the business through a significant period in the company.
We’re looking for someone exceptionally organised, proactive and confident who can take ownership of a high volume of contracts and keep a fast-moving project on track. This is less about complex legal analysis and much more about being the person who knows exactly where everything is, what needs to happen next and putting processes in place to allow things to run smoothly.
There is real flexibility around background. You could be an experienced paralegal, law student with paralegal experience, foreign-qualified lawyer or a more experienced legal professional looking for a hands-on project-based opportunity.
The initial engagement will be around 6-months, with the potential for extension/permanent.
About the Role
- Manage a significant volume of customer and dealership agreements.
- Track contracts through review, execution, signing and return.
- Check agreement details and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate contract flow, novations and transaction documentation.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and wider business to keep deliverables moving.
- Communicate directly with customers and dealerships, following up where required.
- Provide broader legal and administrative support throughout the transaction.

- Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing agreements and documentation.
- Polished and credible when communicating with customers and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently in a busy setting.
- Some exposure to contracts or commercial documentation.
