An exciting opportunity is available in our NSW team for a strong mortgage sales person and leader to grow and develop new and existing partnerships for nMB.

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting an experienced finance industry professional to join our dynamic and successful national sales team. The primary focus of the role will be to proactively source new mortgage brokers and assist our current broker partners to drive growth within their existing businesses.

To be successful in this role you will be a high performer with a strong sales culture , ability to adapt to change and with a proven experience in the mortgage industry. You will be highly motivated, well organised with strong attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously and an exceptional team player.

About You:

The successful candidate will need previous experience in a sales or business development role within the mortgage aggregation or the financial service industries.

- A minimum of 5 years' in the mortgage industry with experience in leadership, recruitment and business development,
- Exceptional verbal and written communication,
- Highly motivated and possess excellent time management,
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in maintaining strong multi-level relationships.
- The skills to provide exceptional commercial advice and help businesses grow.
- Self-motivated, a strong team player and an ability to manage and solve problems
- Looking to elevate your career and gain invaluable leadership and negotiation skills.
