The role:
Reporting to our hatted Head Chef, Ben Sitton, you will ignite your passion for excellence in product and execution.
Working alongside our senior kitchen team you will support all aspects of kitchen operations and service. Your contribution will play a crucial role in defining the service culture and guest experience.
Our organization is focused on providing exceptional food and beverage experiences in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We are looking for talented individuals to join our team and help us bring our vision to life.
About You:
- At least 3 years of experience as a pastry Sous Chef or senior Chef de partie in a similar role in a hatted kitchen
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of various pastry techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced setting
- Attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
