Working closely with the Head of People & Capability and Senior Management, you will help drive a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture within an aged care setting.
About the role
You will lead and coordinate a broad range of People & Culture activities, working closely with the Head of People & Culture and Senior Management to help drive a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture within an aged care setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert HR advice, coaching and support to managers and employees.
- Support the development and implementation of P&C; strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Lead performance management, talent management, succession planning and employee development.
- Manage workforce planning, organisational development and culture initiatives.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employment documentation and pre-employment checks.
- Review and maintain HR policies,
procedures and practices to ensure compliance with legislation.
- Support employee relations, consultation and Enterprise Agreement matters.
- Develop and implement learning, development and professional development initiatives.
- Oversee HRIS functionality and use workforce data and reporting to identify trends and support business decisions.
- Lead, coach and develop the P&C; team and foster a team-oriented, accountable and high-performing environment.
About you
- A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant HR experience across a range of functions.
- Experience with HRIS platforms; Employment Hero experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing a high-performing team.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills.
- Current WA Driver's Licence and full working rights in Australia.
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
