THE OPPORTUNITY
- This is an independent contractor opportunity suited to both experienced Personal Trainers and newly qualified trainers who are motivated to build a strong and sustainable PT business.
- You will have the opportunity to operate within an established Anytime Fitness club, connect with an existing membership base and receive ongoing support to develop your business, confidence and client base.
- Enjoy flexible working hours with both part-time and full-time opportunities available—you choose your own schedule and structure your hours around your lifestyle and business goals.
- Personal Trainers have the potential to earn $80–$120 per hour
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping people become the healthiest version of themselves. You’re ideally:
- Cert III & IV in Fitness.
- Current First Aid + CPR.
- ABN & PT insurance (or willing to obtain).
- Passion for helping clients smash goals.
- Strong communication & a team mindset.
- Ready to grow a 100k+ PT business
- Personalised onboarding plan & mentor.
- Sales scripts & client management app.
- Social media shout-outs & local marketing.
- Regular in-club workshops & community events.
CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT
- The successful applicant will operate as an independent contractor under a Personal Trainer License Agreement. The trainer will manage their own PT business and client base while receiving support from the club and Bandon Fitness PT management team.
- Contractor fees, commencement incentives and agreement terms will be discussed during the interview process.
