We’re looking for a qualified Personal Trainers/Fitness Instructors to join our friendly team at Rise Personal Training & Fitness. Many of our clients prefer working with female trainers, so this role is perfect if you enjoy helping women on their fitness journey.
What You’ll Do
- Run fitness assessments and track progress
- Provide 1:1 or 2:1 training sessions
- Lead group fitness classes
- Motivate clients and keep them on track
- Make sure workouts are safe and equipment is used correctly
- Stay up to date with fitness trends
- Work with people of all fitness levels
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer
- Certificate IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
- Great communication and people skills
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Extra qualifications (nutrition, pre/postnatal fitness, etc.) are a bonus
