About the Role:

As our Pharmacist, you'll be the heart of our pharmacy, responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. You'll lead a dedicated team, ensuring we deliver top-notch pharmaceutical care while adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.

What You'll Do:

- Provide Exceptional Patient Care: This includes dispensing medications accurately and efficiently, providing comprehensive counseling to patients on their medications, and building strong relationships based on trust and empathy.
- Ensure Efficient Inventory Management: You'll be responsible for optimising our inventory, ensuring we have the medications and supplies our patients need, while minimising waste and maximising efficiency. This means careful ordering, stock management, and working with suppliers.
- Expand Our Clinical Services:



You'll play a key role in expanding our patient services.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: The world of pharmacy is constantly evolving. You'll be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest changes in regulations, guidelines, and best practices, and ensuring that our pharmacy adapts and implements these changes effectively.
- Promote Our Services and Devices: We offer a range of health-related devices and services, and you'll be instrumental in promoting these to our patients, educating them on their benefits, and driving sales.
- Manage and Motivate Our Team: You'll lead, mentor, and inspire our team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff. This includes creating effective staff rosters, managing workloads, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Drive Business Growth: You will actively collaborate with other staff to develop and implement strategies to grow our business. This includes identifying opportunities for expansion, marketing initiatives, and exploring new revenue streams.

Job Type: Full time Pay: $50.00 – $65.00 per hour
