We are seeking a Partnership Manager to engage with service providers supporting businesses with Cross Border Payment requirements to dive commercial outcomes for WorldFirst. This role reports directly to the Country Manager representing a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact on business performance in the region by launching enhancements to existing products and profitable new products to market.

We are seeking a Partnership Manager to engage with service providers supporting businesses with Cross Border Payment requirements to dive commercial outcomes for WorldFirst. This role reports directly to the Country Manager representing a great prospect to make a meaningful impact on business performance in the region by launching enhancements to existing products and profitable new products to market.

Responsibilities

- Develop opportunities for strategic partnerships in line with our growth strategy
n
- Analyse and differentiate how partners serve their clients and match those to World First product
n
- Utilize a variety of techniques to build pipeline including existing clients
n
- Create ideas and recommend strategies and initiatives that promote engagement to help build knowledge of our products and how they can add value to our partners clients
n
- Work autonomously to achieve personal targets yet work collaboratively with all staff as required, building strong and cooperative internal relationships with all internal stakeholders
n
- Exceed minimum targets and commercial outcomes against KPIs as set by management
n n
- Adhere to compliance obligations, company risk management, AML and all company policies
n
- Identify commercial opportunities and build detailed GTM plans
n
n
- Ability to construct, own and deliver commercial outcomes at a partner level
n
- Experience in delivering tailored presentations face-to-face and via online platforms
n
- Have a strategic mind, the ability to think laterally and engage with key stakeholders
n
- Have experience in winning deals with long sales cycles and ongoing negotiations, along with solution selling techniques with particular focus on integrated and non-integrated partnerships
n
- Able to demonstrate strong communication skills through building mutually beneficial relationships both internally and externally and the ability to engage openly with people at all levels
n
- Commercially focused and makes the most of resources available to generate results
n
- Seeks to develop knowledge and capabilities that will enhance team capability
n
- Share knowledge, experiences, concerns and ideas with colleagues in order to enhance the customer experience and contribute to World First's success
