Job Description

Shift is seeking a Collections Team Leader to lead a high-volume commercial collections operation. You'll motivate, coach, and develop your team to deliver robust outcomes while balancing customer focus with commercial results.

You'll own team KPIs for delinquency, recovery, and loss targets, guide escalation of complex accounts, and partner with Finance, Credit, Account Management and Operations to optimize credit control processes.
